Shipping Policy

At EASTKREST, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers.

1. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 999. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 100 shipping fee.

2. Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.

​3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

​4. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.


​We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.




  • Shipping within India for orders above Rs. 1,000/- is free.

  • We ship from our JAIPUR OFFICE.

  • For Domestic Orders, we ship via Bluedart and Fedex.

  • Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-7 days. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time.

  • Made on Order products take 20-25 working days to dispatch.

  • As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email.


  • We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, DHL, and Aramex . EastKrest does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.

  • International Shipping is FREE for orders above $100. For orders less than $100, shipping is charged at $15. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.

  • Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Made on Order products usually takes 20-25 business days to dispatch.

  • EastKrest tries to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. In case of delay (product not dispatched within estimated time period), customer is free to cancel the Order and Full amount will be refunded.

  • As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

  • As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

  • Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
